Commissions, commission period
The commission amount is 15% of the value of the products sold in EUG FASHION, as a direct result of the promotional activity through the tools provided in the Profitshare platform (text links, banners, campaigns, etc.), excluding VAT, taxes shipping or other charges.
Recurrence period of our affiliate program is 30 days. We will procces all commisions in a maximum of 30 days.
Paid commissions are granted only for orders invoiced, paid, whose return has expired. Commissions are processed automatically once the order is closed in the EUG FASHION system (delivered, invoiced, paid by the customer and the equivalent of the EUG FASHION order).
Orders that have applied Gift Card discounts or other discounts will generate commissions calculated on the value of paid products without taking into account the amount of discounts applied.

Rules for using affiliate links
The affiliate links can be used in a context that refers to information on the EUG FASHION landing page.
No affiliate links will be used in contexts that may cause confusion on the landing page, landing page information, and EUG FASHION redirection process.
For example, it is not allowed to place affiliate links on images of products displayed on affiliate sites or to place links in irrelevant contexts - this may cause confusion over the visitor's destination accessing the link.
In addition to the General Terms and Conditions of the Profitshare Platform, the EUG FASHION affiliation links will not be accepted and promotion is not permitted in promotional environments that:
- are contrary to the interests of EUG FASHION.ro or their clients;
- are the competitors of EUG FASHION;
- personifies any other person, including any EUG FASHION representative;
- are built as clone websites, mask URLs, or contain EUG FASHION terms in their domain and / or subdomain according to the "Prohibited Keywords" section;
- are built in the form of price comparators, product aggregators or content of other websites or use SEO techniques;
- are built around the Black Friday event or contain in their domain and / or subdomain the term "blackfriday" or derivatives thereof;
- are based on anything other than genuine content;
- offers discount EUG FASHION codes (discount codes websites, etc.), EUG FASHION Gift Cards or other incentives of any kind, including, but not limited to, money back / cashback discount websites.
Promoting Facebook through redirection loops through multiple Facebook pages or social network links to send the visitor to the EUG FASHION page is not allowed.
Commissions resulting from unlawful promotion will be canceled and affiliation with the Affiliate may be interrupted.

4. Politica de Social Media
Social Media Policy
It is allowed to promote only Facebook Timeline personal or managed page, Twitter or Google Plus.
Promotion is not allowed in Facebook chat groups, both public and private (Facebook Groups).
Placing EUG FASHION affiliate links in contexts that are irrelevant to discussions or inclusion of affiliate links in the official Facebook and Timeline Facebook page of EUG FASHION is not allowed.

Content of texts, announcements and graphics
The text will contain accurate and up-to-date information about EUG FASHION products and promotions. Information such as stock availability and product prices may change, so we recommend that this information is not used in the ad text.
Only official promotional materials offered by EUG FASHION in the Profitshare system can be used. Other graphic materials created by affiliates require prior written approval from EUG FASHION. The agreement to use non-standard promotion tools can be obtained through the EUG FASHION request via the Profitshare messaging or by EUG FASHION Marketing.

6. Alte conditii
Other conditions
Affiliate is not allowed:
- to place orders through the advertisements displayed on their own websites, thus obtaining commissions for these orders;
- to offer directly or indirectly to another person or entity benefits for the use of promotional tools on the affiliate's websites (payment of a sum of money, guarantee of a discount on the EUG FASHION website);
- to modify the operation of any button, link or other interactive element of the EUG FASHION website;
- to make orders, to fill forms or to make other types of actions on the EUG FASHION website on behalf of a third party or to authorize, assist or encourage another person or entity to do so;
- to promote EUG FASHION products by any means that may create confusion over the real supply of EUG FASHION.
Ex: ads for sale of products with other prices, other benefits or any other commercial conditions; - to cause confusion in some way to the EUG FASHION website's clients regarding the relationship between Affiliate and EUG FASHION;
- to execute orders through Profitshare's own account with the purpose of generating commissions as the person responsible for acquiring a company. The use of the EUG FASHION affiliate program as a means by which the Affiliate charges commissions for its own orders or the company it operates is forbidden;
- to make commissions following orders placed on the EUG FASHION website by any method other than that resulting from a genuine interest of its website visitors or of the public exposed to its campaigns, including, but not limited to, methods to imitate or simulate the launch of orders within the EUG FASHION website.
EUG FASHION reserves the right to impose additional conditions on certain Promotional Environments or Affiliates, in which case the Affiliate will be contacted.
EUG FASHION reserves the right to permanently cancel the collaboration with an Affiliate if the Affiliate does not comply with any of the Profitshare Terms and Conditions and / or the EUG FASHION Affiliate Program.
EUG FASHION reserves the right to impose different conditions for the affiliation of those enrolled in the Profitshare network during special shopping events. For example, a different charging grid may apply along with such an event, and cookies that can generate conversions during the event are just cookies dedicated to this event (without the ability to get conversions from cookies- standard websites previously placed in Internet users' browsers). Special policies, as well as the commissioning grid dedicated to these shopping events, will be made public a number of days prior to the start of the events in question.
Users who will buy products through the Profitshare program will automatically become EUG FASHION customers. Thus, they will enforce all rules, policies and procedures regarding orders, servicing and sales of products imposed by EUG FASHION.
